The Creative Centre

The creative centre overlooks a dramatic canyon connecting the hills of Mount Teide to the sea - a canyon that for millennia was a sacred place of the indigenous Guanche people.

Within easy reach are beaches, forest walks, picturesque towns, the tourist resorts of the south, the cultural centres of the north. and both of the island’s airports.

Originally built in 1905, the estate operated throughout the twentieth century as a farmers co-operative, growing tomatoes, potatoes avocado and citrus fruits.

The original house retains its distinctive Canarian character, with a wood floored drawing room, original kitchen and dining area, a study, bathroom, three bedrooms and a large music room.

Behind the house the farm’s large stone warehouse is now the heart of the centre.. At the front is a kitchen and dining area, overlooking the ocean. Behind is a corridor leading to the 6 residential suites.

Each suite is split level (ground floor and mezzanine) with full ensuite facilities and access onto a balcony or into the gardens. The suites can be configured as twins, double or family rooms.

At the back of the warehouse is a beautiful wooden floored studio, flooded with natural light, suitable for a range of uses.

The main complex also features four large rooftop terraces , a fitness suite (including Russian sauna) and a covered eating area which opens out onto an ornamental garden and hot tub.

Further down the driveway are two large caves. These have been left untouched and act as reflective, meditative spaces

The land, which was the lifeblood of the farm stretches in front of the buildings, spread over 18 terraces. These provide extensive scope to ramble, explore and find a private spot away from the world for a while.
